Institute is accommodated in 1.78 acres of land given freehold by Govt. of Kerala where CCRH has constructed a multi-storey building. After completing the second stage of constructions the building was inaugurated by Sri. Kodikkunnil Suresh, Hon’ble Minister of State for Labour & Employment, Government of India in the presence of Sri. Nilanjan Sanyal, IAS, secretary, Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, Director General , CCRH, Shri. C.F. Thomas, Hon’ble Member of Legislative Assembly, Kerala and other dignitaries on 25th February 2014.
